Shipping policy

Where we ship: Worldwide, with focus on the United States, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping time: Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after processing.

Shipping cost: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions may be offered for a limited time.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.

Customs & duties (international): International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please contact your local carrier first, then email us at clawsglow@gmail.com for assistance.
